The maintenance will take place in the infrastructure serving the Dallas Datacenter.
This notification provides important information about potential service impact. We are dedicated to continuously improving our services and ensuring the best experience for our valued customers. In line with this commitment, we will be migrating some of our FortiMail infrastructure to improve service delivery.
• Impact: Minimal Disruption and Temporary Inaccessibility to new or historical Data
To improve the service, we will be moving your services from our current data center location to a new datacenter in the same region.
• When: Scheduled for April 4th 17:00 PDT to April 6th 10:00 PDT We want to assure you that we have taken several precautions to minimize any disruptions to your email services. No action is required on your part, and all your existing IP addresses (IPs) and fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) will remain unchanged.
Expected impact;
o The process, including changes and data synchronization, is expected to take 24-48 hours to complete. During this migration window, service might be degraded in a short time.
o Please note that during the migration window, access to new and historical message logs and quarantined emails will be temporarily unavailable.
o Please note that during the migration window, your email traffic will be routing your secondary tenant, and any configuration change will be temporarily unavailable.
Once completed, you will regain access to your new and historical data including the quarantined emails that accumulate on the secondary during the migration. Please note that message logs from during the time you are failed over to the secondary instance will be pushed back to the primary once the migration completes.
