After the maintenance is completed: • Access to new and historical data, including quarantined emails accumulated on the secondary tenant, will be restored. • Message logs generated while traffic is routed to the secondary tenant will be restored to the primary tenant.

FortiStack team has identify the root cause and applying the fix now. The service is recovering now.

Investigating -
We have identify an outage at Plano (Dallas) datacenter since 13:54 EDT. All customer tenants at Plano site have been failed over to secondary datacenter. Email service will not be impacted.
Customer primary tenants at this site may not have access to their quarantine emails and change configuration at this moment.

Since 2026-05-06 03:33AM EDT, we notice a network outage at our Dallas (Plano) data center. All tenants are not reachable at this site and service has been failed over to HA secondary site now.
