Monitoring -
The issue has been fixed by FortiStack team around 6:30AM EDT. FortiMail Cloud Admin team will continue monitoring and make sure all service has been recovered now.

Investigating -
Since 2026-05-06 03:33AM EDT, we notice a network outage at our Dallas (Plano) data center. All tenants are not reachable at this site and service has been failed over to HA secondary site now.
