Since we have monitored da22 for one hour and there is no more issue at this point, we confirm the issue is resolved.

Update
We have changed the traffic back to primary as Microsoft is not throttling our new IP. For instances with protected domains of google or third-party SMTP servers, it will remain on proxy to secondary until we have confirmation that the new IP has been updated for SMTP server from customers.

Update
As our new IP has been throttling by Microsoft and other third party vendor temporarily, we will change proxy to secondary and use secondary site to relay email traffic as a work around for now. Once the IP has been delisted by other vendor, we will restore the service back to primary.

As the current ISP has no ETR restore time, we will change to use new IP and without relay on exiting private line. Current Update from Zayo ISP: Our team is actively working through the remaining affected circuits by methodically tracing, isolating, and repairing any faults found during continuity checks. This is a time-consuming process, with approximately 28 circuits still needing repair. At this point, we are unable to provide an estimated time of restoration (ETR), but please be assured that crews are working diligently to resolve all outages. We will continue to provide periodic updates, although the process is expected to remain largely unchanged in the near term.

Investigating
Our ISP Zayo has an outage at Dallas Data Center caused by unscheduled maintenance. Currently internet service is down at Dallas site and all mail traffic will failed over to secondary site.
